While it is possible to use a full length connector arm when the op rod rail is wider than 5/16", unless you are handy with a dremel tool, you should not attempt this modification. All modifications in the installation instructions must also be done to the con arm. It may be necessary to remove some of the wood on the inside of the stock on each end. It also may be necessary to file some material off the front portion of the base if it protrudes past the face of the modified sear release. CAUTION: The above instructions are to be used entirely at your own risk. If the connector arm is modified in any way, it is not returnable.
